I’ve secured the middle school for Thursday night spinning starting Dec 1. Riders bring their own bikes and trainers. Doors will be open at 6:40 pm. Pedals will be turning at 7:00 pm. Rides are 60 to 75 minutes in duration. We will go through March 1. That will be 14 weeks of spin classes. We should have wicked fitness for spring cycling by then. There is a one time fee of $20. Not bad for three months! We are getting the “auditorium”, so there is a huge screen and thumping sound system. We will ride to Seek Out Cycling DVDs, which are films of real Colordo Cycling in beautiful sunny weather. This is going to be awesome!
